This ID system lets you constantly monitor the movement of components and equipment and is integrated with a database system that records inventory, manages allocation, monitors compliance and automates reports.

A tiny radio tag is affixed on every unit of inventory and equipment. Each RFID tag has a unique ID number that corresponds to an individual unit item of inventory or piece of equipment. These tagged items are identified and located with multiple Xtennas that are mounted at various locations all over the manufacturing plant. These Xtennas send and pick up signals from every tagged item, transmitting them to a central database resulting in instant identification and tracking.
